How to use your parking pass

Once you’ve reserved your space, make sure your license plate matches the plate information you entered in PMC Pay. Once onsite, you don’t have to re-enter your license plate or scan the QR code for parking – we’ve got you covered! You may park anywhere that doesn’t have a “reserved” sign.

Getting There

This parking lot is centrally located in the heart of Austin’s busy campus district:

By Car: From I-35, take the exit for Dean Keeton/26th Street and head west. Turn onto Medical Arts Street, and you’ll find our large lot at 2911 Medical Arts Street.

From Downtown Austin: Head north on Red River Street or Guadalupe Street, then connect to Dean Keeton Street. Continue east until you reach Medical Arts Street.

On Foot: If you’re coming from the UT campus or nearby venues like Bass Concert Hall and Moody Center, it’s just a short walk away—making it perfect for fans, students, and event-goers.

PMC PAY

PMC Pay allows you to pay quickly and easily, right from your cellphone! No need to download an app. Find PMC signage throughout the lot or garage, then scan the posted QR code or text the specified phone number. Upon clicking the link, the PMC Pay webpage will open. Fill out the required information, then click Next. On the next page, you will enter your payment details (credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay accepted).

The PMC Pay text system will notify you when your parking session is about to end, sending you a link to add more time if needed. When the parking session has ended, you will receive another text with a link for your receipt.
