Parking Management Company (PMC), a leader in the parking industry for hotel, hospital, event, and self-parking management services, announces the hire of Kirk Gautreau as Vice President of Corporate Initiatives, a new position for the company.
Kirk has over 20 years of experience in operations, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Oasis Marinas, a private equity backed marina management company with over 50 locations and 500 employees across the U.S. Also a veteran of the parking industry, Kirk worked for another parking management services provider for more than a decade and held many operational and corporate leadership roles in that organization.
“Kirk’s role will be to optimize our corporate teams, creating scalable solutions for our clients and employees,” said Matt Cahill, PMC President.
Kirk’s first projects will include leading PMC’s budget process in partnership with the corporate Finance team, streamlining the company’s payroll processes, and assisting with technology related initiatives. Kirk will also serve as liaison between the corporate office and the operations team, communicating regularly with the field on new offerings and processes and ensuring the corporate teams’ goals are always in alignment with the company’s people-first approach.
