Parking Management Company (PMC), a leader in the parking industry for hotel, hospital, event, and self-parking management services, announces the hire of Grant LeBlanc as the company’s new Vice President of Operations, Central Region.
“In addition to overseeing the operations of hundreds of locations, our Vice Presidents are also tasked with supporting the many Senior Leaders that report to them, building and maintaining client relationships, and growing our book of business in their markets,” said CEO Tee McCarley, “Grant will bring a fresh approach to these initiatives, and we look forward to seeing what he will accomplish in this role.”
Grant has over 16 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industries. He worked for another parking services company for 9 years, where he was a part of numerous accounts and projects, predominantly in the Orlando area with Loews Hotels. In 2013, Grant joined Tourico Holidays as Vice President of Global Operations, providing hotel technology and distribution services in the B2B travel wholesale space.
In this role, Grant developed his transformational leadership and team building skills by restructuring the Operations team and instilling a culture focused on world-class customer service. In 2015, he was promoted to the company’s Executive Vice President of Operations, where he eventually led the $1 billion organization through an international merger and acquisition process, overseeing team members in 14 offices and across 8 countries.
As Vice President of Operations, Central Region, Grant will be covering a vast area from Wisconsin down to Alabama and into Florida. “I am thrilled to be joining PMC,” said Grant, “The company’s constant focus on developing their people and adding value for their partners has led to its hyper-growth, and I look forward to using my leadership experience to contribute to PMC’s future success.”
