Parking Management Company (PMC), a national leader in hospitality-based parking solutions, is proud to announce the promotion of three senior leaders: Ron Coleman to Chief Operating Officer, Scott Goins to President of the Hospitality Division, and Jake Varshal to Vice President of Commercial Parking.

“We promote from within. We reward growth. That belief shapes our culture and drives everything we do,” said Matt Cahill, President of PMC. “Ron, Scott, and Jake have earned this opportunity through grit, hard work, relentlessly growing the business, showing up for our clients and teams, and proving what it means to lead with care. We have a special company, and our future is in good hands.”

Tee McCarley, PMC’s Chief Executive Officer, added, “As we continue growing and delivering new value to our clients, we have to keep the core beliefs of PMC firmly in focus—we exist to serve our partners. These promotions are part of a long-term plan to place the right leaders in the right roles and protect what makes PMC the best choice for our partners.”

Ron Coleman Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

Parking Management Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Ron Coleman to Chief Operating Officer. In this expanded leadership role, Ron will oversee all operating divisions across the organization.

Ron brings over two decades of parking and hospitality experience, having worked his way up from valet to senior executive. His leadership journey has taken him through major markets including Orlando, Atlanta, South Florida, and Austin, and now to PMC’s headquarters in Nashville.

At every stage of his career, Ron has demonstrated a clear ability to lead people, build strong teams, and improve financial outcomes. His focus on performance, both operational and financial, has made him a trusted leader throughout PMC’s growth.

“I’m proud to be part of a company that has scaled nationally but still feels local,” said Coleman. “My focus is on making sure our teams have what they need to succeed and that our partners continue to see the value we bring, every single day.”

As COO, Ron will continue to drive operational excellence, ensure alignment across divisions, and focus on developing PMC’s people and performance.

Scott Goins Promoted to President of the Hospitality Division

PMC is also proud to announce the promotion of Scott Goins to President of the Hospitality Division, a role that reflects both the company’s continued growth and its deep commitment to client relationships.

With nearly three decades in hospitality and 23 years specifically in hotel parking, Scott brings a rare combination of operational insight and business development expertise. He spent his early years focused on operations before shifting into a leadership role in business development. That full-spectrum experience gives him a deep understanding of what partners and guests need most.

As President of Hospitality, Scott will oversee the performance, growth, and service strategy across PMC’s nationwide hotel portfolio.

“The hospitality division is built on people and partnerships, both with our clients and with every associate who creates the guest experience,” said Goins. “This role is about continuing to grow our impact—deepening relationships, strengthening our culture, and raising the bar for every partnership.”

Scott’s promotion reflects not just a recognition of past results, but a commitment to strengthening PMC’s role as a trusted partner to the hospitality industry. With this move, PMC is doubling down on client success, personalized service, and sustainable growth.

Jake Varshal Promoted to Vice President of Commercial Parking

PMC has promoted Jake Varshal to Vice President of Commercial Parking, where he will oversee one of the company’s fastest-growing divisions.

Jake brings 20 years of parking industry experience, beginning his career as a hotel valet before helping co-found Hospitality Parking, an Austin-based operator serving both hospitality and commercial sectors. He carried forward his role as Vice President when Hospitality Parking was acquired by PMC in 2021 and transitioned to the commercial division in 2024, where he’s played a key role in its continued growth.

Now based in PMC’s home city of Nashville, Jake is focused on building a strong foundation for commercial operations that mirrors the maturity and success of the company’s hospitality division.

“Commercial parking is becoming a larger part of PMC’s overall portfolio, and we have a strong foundation to build on,” said Varshal. “I’m excited to continue shaping this division into one that delivers consistent value, earns long-term trust, and reflects the same care and precision that define our company.”

Jake’s promotion reflects PMC’s confidence in the commercial division’s trajectory and its commitment to bringing hospitality-level care and responsiveness into every corner of the business.
