Parking Management Company Announces Leadership Transition

CEO Tee McCarley Named Chairman of the Board; Matt Cahill Appointed New Chief Executive Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Feb. 10, 2026)Parking Management Company (PMC), a Nashville-based provider of hospitality and commercial parking services nationwide, today announced a strategic leadership transition designed to support the company’s continued growth and long-term vision. Current CEO Tee McCarley will transition to chairman of the board, and current president Matt Cahill will assume the role of CEO.

McCarley joined PMC in 2014, when the company operated as a Nashville-based valet business founded by Tim Wilson. Under the joint leadership of McCarley and Wilson, PMC began a period of rapid transformation, expanding its national footprint, elevating the parking experience through proprietary, innovative technology and strengthening its hospitality-first culture. That momentum accelerated further following Cahill’s arrival to PMC in 2017.

Together, McCarley and Cahill led PMC through a decade of significant growth, scaling operations to serve more than 280 markets across 44 states, while maintaining a partner-first, service-oriented approach. PMC partners with hotels, commercial lots and garages, hospitals, event venues, stadiums, casinos, and other locations nationwide, while remaining headquartered in Nashville. Notable partners include the Tennessee Titans and Nissan Stadium, Geodis Park, Hilton Hotel & Resorts, Marriott, and more.

“This transition positions PMC for what’s next. Matt is the right leader for this moment, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together,” McCarley said. “As chairman of the board, I’ll be able to focus even more intentionally on long-term strategy, brand stewardship and supporting our leadership team.”

Cahill brings more than three decades of parking industry experience, having held nearly every role in parking operations throughout his career. Cahill’s leadership combines a blend of field-level experience and strategic vision with a strong commitment to PMC’s people and partners.

“Stepping into the CEO role is both an honor and a responsibility,” Cahill said. “Tee’s leadership and legacy have been foundational to PMC’s success, and I’m grateful for his continued guidance and support. As we look ahead, we remain focused on innovation and scalable growth, while staying true to what has always set PMC apart: our people, our partners and doing things the right way.”

As PMC enters its next chapter, the company will continue building its momentum through innovation and local and nationwide growth while maintaining the service standards and culture that have defined the company for decades.
