Getting Started

Most PMC locations use scan-to-pay technology. Just scan the QR code posted in the lot or garage and follow the prompts.

Rates are posted on signage in each PMC lot and will appear once you scan the QR code to begin your session. In some locations, you can preview pricing on our Find Parking page.
At select PMC locations, yes! Search your city on our Find Parking page to see if advance reservations are available.

Once you scan the QR code, you’ll be asked to enter your vehicle and payment info. That info is securely stored so, next time you park with PMC, the process is even faster—no app, no hassle.

Troubleshooting While Parking

No problem! Just text the number listed on the signs in the lot. We’ll send you a link to start your session. You can also go to the Find Parking page, search your city and click “Park Here” on the lot’s page.

 

You’ll see the number you entered on your screen during verification. If it’s right, you can resend the code after 60 seconds. If not, tap Change Phone Number and try again.

Nothing! Your license plate is your pass. Just make sure you entered it correctly when starting your session. You can update it anytime at park.parkingmgt.com/account.

 

We’re sorry something seems off with your charge. Just send us a message through our website chatbot, and our team will review your session and help resolve the issue.

Your PMC Account

Likely so! Through PMC’s new account feature, if you’ve parked with us before and entered your phone number, license plate and payment info, you already have an account. No password needed.

Go to park.parkingmgt.com/account, enter your phone number, and we’ll text you a quick verification code.

 

Probably not! All parkers are prompted to enter their info when they park at a PMC lot. That creates your account automatically and stores your info for next time.

The next time you park with PMC, you can just enter your phone number, verify with a code, and your car and card will already be waiting. It’s fast, easy and app-free.

Yes! Log into your account at park.parkingmgt.com/account to make changes or view your parking history.

Receipts & Transaction History

Log into your account at park.parkingmgt.com/account to view or download receipts for any PMC transaction.

First, thank you for tipping our valets—we appreciate your generosity! To receive a receipt for your valet tip, just send us a quick message through our chatbot. It’ll trigger an automated email with your receipt, sent straight to your inbox.

Definitely. You can update your car or payment method anytime through your account portal—visit park.parkingmgt.com/account.
