Bradley Lombardo Promoted to Senior Vice President
Bradley Lombardo joined PMC in 2021 as an Area Manager, bringing years of experience in hotel operations. He advanced quickly through a series of leadership roles, including Regional Director of Operations in 2022, Regional Vice President in 2023, and Vice President overseeing both the West and Central regions in 2024.
Throughout his career, Lombardo has been recognized for his clear communication, operational excellence, and unwavering focus on developing his team. He is known for embodying PMC’s core value “Show Up and Care,” supporting clients with consistency and integrity.

Cease’s experience across operations and sales provides him with a comprehensive perspective on the business and the evolving needs of PMC’s clients. He remains deeply connected to the field, mentoring teams and guiding new leaders.
