NASHVILLE, Tenn. — September 2, 2025 — Parking Management Company (PMC), a national leader in hospitality and commercial parking services, has named Greg Pearson as Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this role, Pearson will lead PMC’s product strategy and innovation efforts, working closely with operations and executive leadership to support the company’s continued growth.
Pearson is an accomplished product and technology executive with a strong record of delivering results in the parking industry. He brings deep expertise in building scalable digital platforms, integrating hardware and software, and aligning product development with business and operational needs. Beginning his career in finance and IT, Pearson quickly moved into leadership roles and helped launch solutions such as reservations, on-demand QR payments, and license plate recognition that drive both revenue and a better parker experience.
Most recently, Pearson served as Chief Technology Officer for SP+ (2022–2024). He began his career with Central Parking in 2002 as a financial analyst and advanced through roles in finance and product leadership before becoming a senior technology executive.

In his new role, Pearson will help shape PMC’s technology and product roadmap to support long-term growth, collaborating closely with operations, finance, and executive leadership.
Pearson is actively pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration at Trevecca Nazarene University with an emphasis on leadership in the age of AI and holds an MBA in Business Administration/Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University. He lives in West Meade with his wife and their three children.
