Tim Wilson is the Founder/Executive Chairman of Parking Management Company. He founded PMC in 1992 offering valet services for Nashville private events. With time and dedication from Tim and the team, PMC grew in several different departments all over the country. Tim enjoys and appreciates all the relationships with clients and employees.
Tee McCarley is the CEO of Parking Management Company. He began his journey with PMC in 2014 as the company President. He started working in the valet industry as a college valet. Since then he has had positions in sales and operations before becoming the President and CEO. His goal is for employees to love their job at PMC because when they do, it shows through their work for customers and clients.
Matt Cahill is the President of Parking Management Company. He entered the industry as a valet runner and over the course of his twenty-five years career worked his way to the top of a leading national parking company. Cahill joined PMC in 2018. His philosophy is to stay hungry, humble and have fun doing your job. His experience helps strengthen PMC’s best in class hotel and healthcare practices.
Todd Cline is the Chief Operation Officer of Parking Management Company. He joined the corporate team in 2016 with an extensive background in the valet industry and hotel industry. He has worked in sales and operations with the goal to outshine and be more memorable than the rest.
Tim Bewley is the CFO of Parking Management Company. After a successful 18 year commercial banking career with SunTrust Bank and Pinnacle Bank in Dallas, TX and Nashville, TN, he joined PMC in April of 2021 and was adamant about starting as a valet on the ramp and continues to work in the field each quarter. Tim leads the finance and accounting teams, the commercial parking division at PMC, as well as our acquisition efforts and real estate group. Constantly focused on our people and their success, speed, accuracy, and integrity are guiding principles for his teams.
Chris Porter is the General Counsel of Parking Management Company. He joined PMC after spending over seven years as corporate counsel for a national hospitality provider. He is a former recipient of the National Parking Association’s “40 Under 40” award, and has provided thought leadership for the NPA’s Fair Tax Policy Forum on wage-related issues. Prior to entering the parking industry, Chris spent several years as a commercial litigator in Maryland, representing individuals and various business entities in commercial disputes. Chris prides himself on providing business-minded legal advice and counsel.
Tommy grew up in Nashville, but started his career with KPMG, LLP in the Knoxville office after graduating from the University of Tennessee. After 5+ years with the firm, he took an opportunity to join a national health-care provider in Nashville prior to joining PMC. He has experience in multiple industries in various stages of growth within both the public and private
C.J. McAdams is the Vice President of Operations, Finance and Administration at Parking Management Company. C.J. joined the team in 2015 to help set the corporate stage for rapid growth at PMC. He joined with nearly 15 years of experience in financial profitability, operations and recruiting. C.J.’s main focus is to ensure we have the systems and tools in place to help our managers succeed in all aspects of running their business.
Scott Goins is the Vice President of Sales at Parking Management Company. Scott joined the team with 10+ years of experience in the valet industry in sales and operations. Scott’s favorite part of his job is the personal interactions that he gets to have all over the country with both clients and PMC employees.
Justin Hill is the Human Resources Director at PMC. Justin joined the team in 2017 with nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality parking operations and human resources. Justin enjoys directing all the HR functions that make PMC a great place to work at.
Ron Coleman is the Vice President of Operations at PMC. Ron joined the team in 2019 with nearly 10 years of experience in the hospitality parking operations. Ron enjoys directing all the operational functions that make PMC a great place to work at.
Ben Johanning is the Vice President of Operations for Parking Management Company. He started his career over fifteen years ago in the industry as a valet runner. Ben joined the company in October of 2017 and is passionate about the growth & development of his team. Ben’s greatest joy in his craft is the ability to create opportunities for advancement in a hyper-growth company.
Billy Cease has been working in the parking industry for 10+ years. Billy joined PMC in 2016. He has worked in all facets of the parking world from special event valet, restaurant valet, to hotel valet. He loves personal day to day interactions with guests, clients, and team members. Billy says “This has made being in this business truly enjoyable!”
Scott Barnard is the Vice President of Operations at Parking Management Company. He joined the team with a background in Casino hospitality which is a part of his 20+ years in the valet industry. Scott is dedicated to only doing the best and it shows within his team.
