Tim Wilson | Chief Executive Officer


Tim Wilson founded PMC in 1992. As a native to Nashville, Tim has always had an interest in business acquisition. Tim is a Belmont University graduate, and before founding PMC he was involved in Management in the sale and marketing of construction equipment, commercial real estate leasing, and commercial real estate management. Currently, he remains focused on a vision of national expansion for PMC. Tim has two daughters, enjoys running, cycling, racquet ball, hunting and fly fishing.

Terry Johnson | Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer


Terry Johnson became a partner of PMC in 2003. He has 35 plus years of corporate financial management experience. As a young man, Terry attended Tennessee Tech University on a football scholarship, and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 1975. Before working with PMC, Terry was Sr. Vice President and CFO for the Financial Services Division of Cendant Corporation. Terry is a past President of the Nashville Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Terry is married, has four children, and has three grandchildren.

Tee McCarley | President


Tee McCarley (4)Tee is a graduate from Belmont, The Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business. He has a vast knowledge of the parking industry with over 16 years experience. Tee enjoys golf, basketball and football, as well as spending time with his family.

 

 

Scott Barnard | Vice President of Hotel Valet Operations

Scott is a Graduate of Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration. His knowledge in this industry is unsurpassed. His passion for customer service is well known, and he has worked in the Parking Industry for over 20 years. He has a beautiful family and his youngest son just went into the Navy. Football and fishing are his favorite hobbies.

Mike Green | Vice President of Hotel Valet Operations

Mike has over 35 years in the hotel business serving in numerous capacities from Rooms Director as well as Food & Beverage Director to General Manager and Corporate Director of Food & Beverage. He has opened, renovated or converted over 100 hotels during his career and brings a vast knowledge of the hotel operations, standards and financial components necessary to achieve the clients goals. Mike is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching his son compete in his favorite sports.

JT Manor | Senior Account Manager


JT Manor began working with PMC in 2003. He is a Nashville native, growing up in the West End / Vanderbilt area. He brought with him previous experience in customer service and retail management. JT began working for PMC as a valet, and in 2006 he joined the management team as an Account Manager. JT primarily oversees multiple restaurant and medical center accounts in the Nashville area. He also assists in the managing of private events. In 2012 JT was promoted to Sr. Account Manager. He enjoys spending time with his wife Megan, playing sports, and spending time in the yard.

Keely Caplinger | Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Administration


Keely Caplinger joined PMC in 2002, after spending 19 years in the hotel/hospitality industry. As the overhead of the Human Resources Department, Keely is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, orientation, and retention of employees. As the Director of Administration, she oversees administrative operations within our main Nashville, TN corporate office. Keely also is responsible for company-wide claims as the head of the Claims Department. Keely is a native to Nashville, and she enjoys volunteering for animal rescue causes during her spare time.

Betsy Clarke | Recruiting Coordinator


Betsy Clarke joined PMC in 2007. Her main responsibility is front desk reception for our corporate office in Nashville, Tennessee. Her main duties include the booking and confirmation of private events, handling incoming and outgoing mail & shipments, and assisting in the hiring process of new employees by screening applications and processing of paperwork for, and assisting in the initiation process of, newly-hired applicants. Betsy is a native to Nashville, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. Betsy enjoys the diversity in her position at PMC. In her free time Betsy takes pleasure in walking, yoga, and cooking.

Ludmil Stoyanov | Payroll Manager

Ludmil has been with PMC since 1998. His main responsibility is scheduling 200 plus employees within the Nashville area. Ludmil was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. In 1986, directly after high school, he attended Military school, and it was there he began to study Radio-Communications. Between 1989 and 1998 Ludmil completed 11 semesters at the Technical University in Sofia, to major in Radio-Television Engineering. From 1991-1996, he was employed by “Eurobus” international passenger bus line, and was in charge of the Bulgarian-Greece bus lines during this time. He moved to the US in 1998 and began working for PMC in Nashville. He became a Site Manager in 2000 and then was recently promoted to Scheduling Manager in August 2012. Ludmil enjoys rowing and has competed in a rowing team for Central Sports Club of the Army (CSKA) and also competed for Technical University in Sofia, Bulgaria. In addition, along with a team of three other individuals, he was pronounced national champion in rowing in high school 1984. He also enjoys playing soccer and refereeing soccer tournaments.

Caleb McLamb | Sales Administrator

Caleb is a graduate of Pensacola Christian with a degree in Business Administration and Mathematics. Formerly he operated several Parking Departments in Hotels along the Gulf Coast. Currently he contributes to the growth of the company as a Sales Administrator. Caleb enjoys motorsports, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
