Parking Management was founded in 1992 with a goal of providing a high quality valet service for private events and commercial establishments.

Since the company began, it has grown tremendously from providing service for a few private events and one commercial account to today providing service for over 1400 events annually and over 160 commercial accounts including hospitals, restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, grocery stores and country clubs.

Today, PMC employs over 1000 employees in 17 cities in 10 states. As cities and their surrounding areas experience continued growth, public transportation and parking availability has become more limited. The once luxurious offering of valet service has now become a necessity. As the business environment has changed, so have PMC’s services standards. To satisfy the demand and to elevate the level of service offered by PMC, their training program has resulted in a team of customer service-oriented personnel, who strive to turn your customers into “Raving Fans”.

All employees are required to be groomed professionally. PMC maintains a drug and smoke free environment. All PMC employees are required to go through training before being assigned to an account. Our instruction, which consists of both classroom and on the job training, focuses on customer service, driving all types of vehicles, driving in a safe and efficient manner along with PMC’s policies and procedures.

The training modules include all customer service areas, customer management solutions, safe and effective vehicle handling, appearance and uniform standards and operational procedures training tailored to your account’s needs. Our proprietary training program assures you a prepared staff of parking attendants who will provide excellent service to your clients.

In addition to going through our company training all PMC employees and associates will be required to attend an orientation class for new employees. This ensures that our employees not only abide by our company rules and regulations, but also are operating in accordance with our commitment to serve.

All PMC attendants to be employed at this location will be subject to a Department of Motor Vehicle driving record review and a criminal background check.

PMC goes to great lengths through pre-employment training, on the job training and close management supervision to provide an accident free work place. However, on occasion accidents may still occur. When a customer’s car is damaged and liability has been established it is our goal to make the repair process as painless as possible. All claims are responded to within two business days of the claim. The customer is given the choice of allowing us to work with their insurance company or the customer can choose to work directly with us. If the customer chooses to work with us then we will have a representative from Property Damage Appraisers go to the customer and prepare an estimate for the damages. After we have the customer sign a liability release we issue a check for the damage estimate. In addition to paying for the automobile repairs, PMC also reimburses for the rental vehicle. Under normal circumstances the length for the entire process takes an average of 5 to 7 business days.
